Xinjiang Shuguang Lvhua Biotechnology Co., Ltd  was established in March 2021 and is located in the Chemical Industry Park of Tiemenguan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Second Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (formerly Shuangfeng Circular Economy Industrial Park). It was jointly funded by Anhui Shuguang Chemical Group Co., LTD., Xinjiang Lvyuan State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Co., LTD. and Donghua Engineering Technology Co., LTD. The registered capital is 1.5 billion yuan.

The company has invested 4 billion yuan to acquire 69.13 hectares of land in the Chemical Industry Park of Tiemenguan Economic and Technological Development Zone to build a project with an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of BDO and a co-production capacity of 120,000 tons of PBAT. This project mainly uses natural gas as raw material to produce 1,4-Butanediol（BDO), and then uses 1,4-Butanediol (BDO), purified terephthalic acid (PTA), and adipic acid (AA) as raw materials to produce the degradable material Biodegradable poly(butylene adipate terephthalate) (PBAT).The main construction includes public utility system facilities, acetylene units, methanol units (including acetylene tail gas purification), formaldehyde units, PSA hydrogen extraction units, BDO units, PBAT units, air separation units, etc.

The company's main products include: 100,000 tons/year BDO, 120,000 tons/year PBAT, and 13,200 tons/year THF.
