Anhui Shuguang Chemical Group Incorporated Set Up

On August 20, 2015, Anqing administration for industry and commerce approved and issued a license for Anhui

Shuguang Chemical Group Incorporated. 

Anhui Shuguang Chemical Group Incorporated is set up through overall restructuring changes from our group’s

parent company, i.e. Anhui Anqing Shuguang (Group) Co., Ltd. On August 16, Anqing Shuguang Chemical

Group Incorporated establishment meeting & the first general meeting of shareholders was held, completing all

procedures for setting up the said incorporated. 

The setting up of Anqing Shuguang Chemical Group Incorporated is a milestone during Shuguang Chemical

enterprise’s setting up and completing its modern enterprise system. Changing from a liability Ltd. to a stock

Co., Ltd, The group parent company has developed a corporation management structure by following the public

company standards, with which the incorporated possesses even more standard code of conduct, which has laid

a solider foundation for an orderly, sustainable and healthy development of our group.
